Customer Insight & Analytics Internship (m/f) 

Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a Customer Insight & Analytics Intern to support the Business Insight & Advanced Analytics team in data analysis, reporting and visualization to uncover insights, measure the success of marketing strategies and enable data-driven decision making.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create campaign lists and prepare templates for uploads
• Extract and prepare KPIs on market, customers, interactions.
• Support in reporting automation
• Prepare analysis according to business requests
• Create deck on survey results, business insights, analysis

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
• Good analytical skills for data processing and passion to digital innovation and problem solving
• Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Power point)
• Excellent knowledge of Python, Tableau or SQL is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities effectively
• Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue

Location: Milan

Type of contract: Internship of 6 months
