Customer Services Internship

Are you ready to start your career and gain experience in an organisation where you can truly make an impact?  Our Retail & Consumer Products division is seeking an Intern for a 12-month job rotation program within Customer Service and Commercial Back Office functions.  

This is not a typical internship.  This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the core of UL Solutions' business, where you'll learn by doing, and discover where you can truly make a difference.

What will you do?
Throughout the year, you will rotate across:

• Customer Service – Softlines (clothing, toys) 
• Customer Service – Hardlines (toys, furniture) 
• Commercial Back Office – IISG (Italian Toy Safety Institute)

Who are we looking for?

• High School Diploma, Undergraduate or recent graduates in Economics, Management, Languages, or related fields
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Italian (native) and English language skills (German is a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset

What we offer:

• Compensation: 600€ net per month

• Lunch voucher (10€ per working day)

   

• Duration: 12 months

• Location: fully onsite in Cabiate
