Customer Support (m/f/d) Internship

AutoScout24 Group, the largest pan-European online car market, is looking for an intern to work full-time within CUSTOMER SUPPORT in our Padua office.

What you will do:

The profile will be placed within the Customer Support Team and will have focus on:

• customer operations (B2B and B2C)


• customer care and switchboard activities

Your profile:

The desired profile has preferably:

• diploma / degree


• knowledge of Office package, especially Excel


• knowledge of English language (B1 or better)


• relationship skills in working with a team, in an organized and well-structured environment


• clear and persuasive verbal and written communication


• good management and organization of time schedules
