E-Commerce Activation Internship (m/f) 

Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a brilliant and motivated E-Commerce Activation Intern to support the growth of the Consumer Health Sales Division.

The intern will be involved in optimizing the division's digital presence across online retailers and marketplaces through the creation of consumer-centric content, monitoring of brand integrity, analysis of data, and support in reporting activities. Under the guidance of the team, the candidate will contribute to strategies aimed at maximizing visibility and consistency across channels.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the development and maintenance of basic and enhanced content (e.g., Amazon A+), ensuring compliance and helping with SEO optimization and monitoring activities within Amazon Vendor Central
• Assist in the creation of digital assets based on customer plans, as well as the planning and management of gadgets, samples, and contests in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with the Digital Media team on the implementation of digital campaigns and help track their performance
• Support data analysis activities and contribute to the preparation of performance reports and ROI evaluations
• Assist eKAMs in managing top-tier eRetailers and help maintain relationships with second-tier omni-channel customers

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Digital Communication or related fields

• Strong interest for digital and e-commerce landscape and understanding of basic marketing/sales principles with strong willingness to learn

• Good analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Good knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint in particular)
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
