Events Intern - Excelsior Hotel Gallia

GROUPS & EVENTS INTERN

Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern to join the Events Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and manage the organization of events


• Handle client relations by gathering information and specific requests


• Support the planning and conceptualization of events


• Research and allocate spaces to exhibitors


• Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office) to ensure efficient service


• Carry out internal reporting activities


• Prepare promotional and illustrative materials


• Create and send service orders (BEO – Banquet Event Orders)

Requirements:

• Precision, organization, and attention to detail


• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills


• English and Italian fluent proficiency
