Guest Experience Intern, Season 2026 - Splendido, a Belmond Hotel Portofino

As we look toward the 2026 season, we are searching for a Guest Experience Intern to join our dedicated team at Splendido.

Activities:

• Support the Guest Relations team in ensuring every stay exceeds our guests' expectations.
• Collaborate in managing guests' requests and needs, from arrival to departure.
• Assist in organizing personalized services and exclusive experiences.
• Contribute to maintaining the high service standards and distinctive atmosphere of the Belmond Hotel Splendido.
• Actively participate in daily operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a luxury hotel functions.

• Student or recent graduate in tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of a third language will be a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
• Passion for the luxury hospitality sector and a desire to learn and grow.

• Start date: April 2026 to End date: September 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Hotel Splendido and a career path;   
• Monthly €800.
• Accomodation in double room our staff house including breakfast;   
• Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period;
