In KPMG avrai l’opportunità di aiutare i clienti, la società, le colleghe e i colleghi ad affrontare e risolvere le sfide più attuali e complesse. KPMG Advisory offre servizi di consulenza alle imprese per affiancarle nella trasformazione del business model, nel miglioramento e nella digitalizzazione dei processi, nell'analisi e nella gestione dei rischi, nonché supporto nelle operazioni di finanza straordinaria.  In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai impegnata/o della gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; in particolare, insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti, analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di: 

• Analisi dei business requirements mediante sessioni di approfondimento e intervista con le aree aziendali coinvolte di volta in volta nei processi HR.


• Disegno della migliore soluzione per il cliente, tramite soluzioni standard SAP SuccessFactors preconfigurate o customizzazioni.


• Redazione/supporto alla redazione dell'analisi funzionale e tecnica di processi end-to-end legati al modulo di riferimento della suite SAP SuccessFactors.


• Realizzazione di test interni e test di validazione con l’utente finale fruitore della soluzione applicativa.


• Supporto/erogazione della formazione agli utenti finali e/o alle funzioni di business.


• Collaborazione con il team di progetto per la fase di rilascio della soluzione.

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti sia nazionali che internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, inclusi i settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:

• Effettuato un percorso accademico in Economia o Management con focus su tematiche HR.


• Motivazione a svolgere l'attività di consulenza sui processi aziendali in ambito Risorse Umane e sui sistemi informativi.


• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero.


• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Do Work That Matters - Your Role and Responsibilities

Do you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and your colleagues tackle and solve the most current and complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to businesses to support them in transforming their business models, improving and digitizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, and providing assistance in extraordinary financial operations. Specifically, by joining the Enterprise Platform Team you will be involved in managing corporate change processes. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze the strategic requirements necessary to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze business requirements through workshops and interviews with the different business areas involved in HR processes.


• Design the best solution for the client, leveraging standard pre-configured SAP SuccessFactors functionalities or customizations when required.


• Prepare or support the preparation of functional and technical documentation for end-to-end processes related to the relevant SAP SuccessFactors module.


• Perform internal testing and support validation activities with end users of the application solution.


• Support/delivery of training to end users and/or business functions.


• Collaborate with the project team during the solution release phase.

You will be involved in both domestic and international projects, working alongside highly skilled professionals and collaborating closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, including the Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Attributes

To be the ideal candidate, you should have:

• An academic background in Economics or Management, with focus in HR Topics.


• Motivation to work as a consultant on Human Resources business processes and information systems.


• Excellent knowledge of English, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad.


• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.


• Previous experience with the SAP SuccessFactors suite, with preferred knowledge of the Learning, Performance & Goals, and Succession modules, as well as familiarity with Reporting and Integration Center.
