If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nYou will join the HR team supporting Network Strategy \u0026 Engineering, an international function of approximately 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries. \nYou will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day-to-day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics. \nIn particular, you will: \n\u2022 Support key HR processes (performance \u0026 talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review) \n\u2022 Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward) \n\u2022 Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings \n\u2022 Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation \n\u2022 Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs) \n\u2022 Support ad-hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes\n\n## Who you are\n\n \n\u2022 You are curious, well organised and eager to learn quickly \n\u2022 You have good communication and collaboration skills \n\u2022 You are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the business \n\u2022 You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbers \n\u2022 You feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment \n \nRequirements \n\u2022 University degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields \n\u2022 Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with additional tools is a plus. \n\u2022 Fluent in both Italian and English \n\u2022 Interest in HR, People Analytics and complex organisations \n\u2022 Previous experience (internships, thesis, project work) in HR or analytical roles is a plus\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
