As an HR Intern at Sungrow Italy, in Milan, you will gain hands-on experience in key HR operational processes, playing a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple functions.
These will be some of your daily tasks:
Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.
Update and fill out internal HR files and documents.
Ensure the databases are maintained and updated regularly.
Implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR.
Being the primary back up, in case of HRBP absence, to provide general support and gathering employees requests.
Support in management of monthly employee time sheets.
Contribute to arrange internal communications.
Occasionally drive and own small projects or part of wider projects, in alignment with the guidelines of your direct supervisor.

Bachelor or Master's Degree or post graduate courses in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, Economics.
Very good communication skills (written and oral) both in Italian and English (C1).
Permit to work in Italy.
Accuracy, organization and high-quality result oriented.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude.
