The Intern –Cloud Solutions & Services will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments.


• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support for Microsoft 365 services.


• Supporting security, compliance, and governance activities within Microsoft 365 environments.


• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and reports.


• Assisting with task automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.


• Working with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of customer solutions.


• Continuously learning and developing knowledge in Microsoft Modern Work technologies and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID concepts will be an added advantage.


• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or scripting concepts.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and documentation skills.


• A willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.


• Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
