About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Global Shared Services team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international finance environment within the video games industry.

As an AR Intern, you will support the Accounts Receivable team with day-to-day activities across multiple entities worldwide. You’ll gain exposure to key financial processes and contribute to the smooth operation of our global finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of domestic and international customer invoices
• Support the allocation and reconciliation of customer payments
• Help process InterCompany re-invoicing transactions
• Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure accurate and timely processing

• Fluency in written and spoken Italian - this is a must
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Graduate or undergraduate degree in economics
• Knowledge of the Office package, in particular, Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Aptitude for working in team
• Ability for problem-solving
