Join the Marketing Processes HQs team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in with CRM system, focusing on CRM B2C activities, market coordination and data-driven marketing operations.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

Under tutor’s supervision, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the following activities:

• Assisting in managing and optimizing CRM Salesforce processes for B2C channels.


• Discovering business needs of the various international markets to collaborate and support them in the execution and management of different marketing activities.


• Analyzing data and creating detailed reports to support marketing decision-making.


• Participating in the development of automated marketing workflows and customer segmentation.


• Identifying process efficiencies and contribute to the overall improvement of marketing operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related field.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)


• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical skills.


• Fluency in English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus)


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
