Internship Marketing & Communication - Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Wellness Resort & Spa

What will your mission be?

As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will support the Marketing & Communication team in enhancing the hotel's brand visibility and guest engagement. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing and communication activities, contributing to the creation of compelling content, the promotion of hotel services, and the delivery of impactful campaigns in line with Minor Hotels’ brand standards and business objectives.

What will you be responsible for?

• Support the management of social media channels, contributing to content creation, publishing activities, community engagement, and performance monitoring.


• Assist in the development of marketing and communication materials, including social media content, newsletters, press releases, and promotional campaigns.


• Support PR activities by collaborating with media contacts, influencers, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility


• .Contribute to the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives, helping to create engaging brand experiences.


• Assist with branding and creative projects, while supporting reporting activities through performance tracking and market analysis.

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing or recently com


• pleted a degree or Master's program in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.


• A strong interest in social media, branding, advertising, luxury hospitality, and communication.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2) and English (B2-C1).


• A proactive, creative, and well-organized attitude, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital productivity tools.
