WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
• Supporting operational tasks related to the Retail Channel, focusing on understanding the evolving role of POS and dealers within the new retail model and prioritize the best marketing leverages and tools supporting the growth in the channel
• Supporting the development of the Trade intelligence area, including competitors distribution footprint dimension, value proposition and marketing portfolio identifying the best sources and providing competitors insights
• Contributing to the Sustainable Retail project by supporting the operative steps required for deploying the Pirelli Sustainable Retail Certificate across new POS and new markets.
• Supporting the management of operative tasks for WW B2B communications and newsletters, coordinating with markets, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with global guidelines.
• Assisting in daily activities related to the merchandising (standard line) platform, including restocking, item selection, quality checks, and coordination with suppliers and logistics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
*Background in Marketing/Economics. 
*Knowledge of MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and Power Point
*English language (C1)
*Attitude to both work on projects and analytical skills. 
*Good communication skills.
