IT Employee Service Delivery Intern

Enfinity Global is looking for an IT Employee Service Delivery Intern to join our team in Milan.

The position requires the candidate to have, among others, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, structured and organized profile, and the ability to work with tight deadlines set by a highly demanding team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Keep accurate records of all IT assets and software licenses in the local office.
• Meet defined SLAs as defined in the company official ITSM tool
• Provide first‑level support for laptops (Windows/Mac) and mobile devices (Android/iOS).
• Assist with installing software, updating systems, and configuring user devices.
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics by preparing equipment and accounts under supervision.
• Collaborate with local and global IT team members to resolve user requests.
• Learn to work with the company’s ITSM tool and help meet service-level expectations.

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT operations, user support, and enterprise technology environments.
• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity (even introductory) with networks, Microsoft 365, or IT troubleshooting is a plus—but not required.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a user‑service mindset.
• Ability to collaborate well with others in a multicultural environment.
