Specifically, when you join the Supply Chain & Industry 4.0 team in Bologna, you will be engaged in projects for large Italian and international customers for the implementation of applications in Industry 4.0 - Smart Manufacturing - Supply Chain & Operations.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Developing Javascript solutions for FrontEnd using market SDKs (i.e: SapUI 5, AngularJS)


• Implementing applications on Low Code or scripting systems, such as PTC Thingworx, AWS Lambda or SAP DMC


• Writing queries for data management on databases, using SQL


• Allow applications to be more rapidly deployed, patched, or scaled, using Docker


• Developing IoT architectures with machine and IoT communication management

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• A master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science


• Familiarity with Java concepts or object-oriented languages, JSON and XML.


• Knowledge, even basic, of Javascript, CSS, and SQL.


• Knowledge, even academic, of PLC operation or interfacing with OPC UA servers or other market standards, such as HTTP Api


• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package


• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
