Legal Inhouse Intern

What you’ll
do: 

• Provide assistance in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  (e.g., intercompany, with clients, suppliers, partners).
  
• Participate in the review of contracts, policies and other legal
  documents ensuring compliance with the Group policies.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams (e.g., business development) on
  legal aspects of project development.
  
• Provide advice in relation to day -to -day topics (e.g., IT, privacy,
  compliance, labour).
  
• Carry out legal research to support the Legal & Compliance function.
  
• Timely follow up to
  ensure documents are processed and archived in a tidy and timely manner.
  

Requirements

What you’ll
need: 

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in a
  Master’s degree in Law (preferably with a focus on corporate or energy law).
  
• Previous experience in an in -house legal
  department of an international company or in a law firm dealing with corporate
  or commercial matters will be considered a plus.
  
• A desire and a passion to contribute to
  the energy transition with a pan -European focus by joining a company looking to
  develop renewable projects across different markets.
  
• Native or very fluent Italian and English;
  other European languages are considered an important plus.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal
  skills, discretion in treating with confidential information.
  
• Solid organizational skills and attention
  to detail.
  
• A pro -active attitude towards work in
  general.
  
• Team player, with cultural awareness and
  curiosity, willing to work with other functions and members of the Legal &
  Compliance team on joint initiatives.
