Do you have a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in corporate law, financial regulation, and governance processes?

During this professional internship experience, supported by a dedicated tutor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance and legal activities within regulated entities, contributing to the proper functioning of internal governance processes and regulatory compliance.

What will you do during the internship?

• Support the organization and operational management of corporate governance activities within regulated entities, including preparation of board and committee meetings, agenda coordination, and pre/post-meeting documentation management

• Draft formal communications addressed to board members and corporate bodies in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards

• Support the preparation and collection of documentation required for regulatory submissions to Supervisory Authorities and other institutional stakeholders

• Conduct legal research and in-depth analysis on corporate law, banking law, and financial markets regulation to support the team in daily activities

• Interact with internal stakeholders on a daily basis to provide support on legal topics and contribute to the resolution of operational and governance-related matters

And now you may be wondering… who is this opportunity for?

Students or recent graduates in Law (Master’s degree in Law / Giurisprudenza), interested in starting a professional path in corporate law, banking regulation, and governance within a structured and dynamic environment.

We are looking for people who have:

• Master’s degree in Law (completed or in progress), with a minimum grade of 105/110

• Strong interest in corporate law, banking law, and financial markets regulation

• Ability to draft formal and institutional legal documents in Italian

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Precision, reliability, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively

• Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn in a demanding and structured environment

• Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and team-oriented approach

• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred requirements:

• Thesis in corporate law, banking law, financial regulation, or related fields

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); certification is a plus

• Previous experience, even short-term, in law firms, banks, or financial institutions

• Familiarity with corporate governance processes
