Since the opening of our Milan office in 2013, Lincoln International has grown rapidly to become one of the leading M&A and Debt advisors in Italy. In Milan, our team comprises over 20 professionals covering a very broad range of sectors, including Industrials, Consumer, TMT, Business Services, Healthcare, as well as Debt Advisory.
You will become an integral part of a dynamic team of seasoned investment bankers, offering a steep learning curve and a rare opportunity to fully contribute to the successful origination and execution of M&A transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing financial analyses
- Conducting industry research
- Identifying potential buyers or acquisition targets
- Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations and other marketing materials
- Interacting with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
- Facilitating due diligence and transaction closings
- Leading or implementing initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in M&A
- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
- Excellent analytical, communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong ability to work in teams combined with a good sense of humor
- Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials
- Native speaking level in Italian and fluency in English are mandatory, other European languages would be a plus
- Graduating in 2025 or Q1 2026 from a Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting in a top-tier university
