Marketing Activation Internship - Pringles

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to support marketing projects to deliver company growth and unlock the capacity and capabilities of our beloved brand Pringles.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute Yearly Marketing Plan - You will support the Brand Team in the execution of the yearly marketing plan, gaining hands‑on exposure to omnichannel consumer and shopper marketing activities. You will assist in the coordination and implementation of initiatives such as event marketing, sampling and consumer promotions, guerrilla activities and influencer marketing, while learning how to track activities and support post‑campaign reviews.


• Shape Future Plans - You will support the development of future plans for Kellanova’s Italian Salty Snack category by contributing analysis, presentations and local market inputs. You will assist the team in the preparation of in‑store customer amplification plans, working closely with Sales and Category/RGM team to understand how brand strategies are translated into execution.


• Data Analysis - You will support basic analysis of Sell‑in and Sell‑out data for Kellanova brands and key competitors, learning how to monitor performance, identify trends and build insights that support marketing and commercial decisions.


• Market Share Performance - You will assist the team in monitoring market share performance and in evaluating marketing initiatives. You will support below‑the‑line budget tracking, invoice control and simple ROI analysis, under the guidance of Senior Brand Manager.


• Commercial Initiatives and Launches - You will be involved in the operational support of commercial initiatives and new product launches, helping coordinate activities across functions and ensuring accurate execution of plans, timelines and materials.


• Stakeholder Communication - You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and support coordination with external agencies and partners. You will work closely with the EMEA Activation team, gaining exposure to regional ways of working and best practice sharing.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Strong interest in marketing and in FMCG brands and environment.


• A passion for brands and bringing them to life across Italy.


• Motivation, Team’ spirit, consumer-focus and hunger to learn and grow


• Fluency in both Italian & English.
