This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose\u2014improving lives through your life\u2019s work.\n\n \n\nAbout The Role:\n\n \nThe core objective of this role is to support the Italian Endoscopy Division in achieving its commercial goals by coordinating with the sales and marketing organization, in particular with the Country Product Managers Endo.\n\n \nThe candidate will focus on market and competitive analysis and support the day-to-day execution of portfolio and business management activities. The role also involves the creation of marketing tools and initiatives aimed at helping patients and physicians to find solutions that truly matter.\n\n \nThis internship offers hands-on exposure to product marketing in a fast-evolving environment, with a strong focus on execution, therapy adoption, and commercial excellence.\n\n \nYour Responsibilities Will Be: \n\n \n\u2022 Portfolio management, including interaction with Customer Service and collaboration with tender department for technical requirements \n\u2022 Be reference point for requests coming from sales team relating to tender preparation, daily evaluation of public procedures, definition of deadlines and specific requirements \n\u2022 Support execution of EMEA marketing plans, campaigns and support local country Marketing Strategy Implementation \u0026 Communication to develop customized messages and selling tools for the local market. \n\u2022 Analyse market trends, therapy adoption, and portfolio performance; prepare dashboards and reports. \n\u2022 Help in managing events and trainings, internal and external, organized by BSC Endoscopy\n\n \n\nWhat We Are Looking For In You:\n\n \n\u2022 Graduated on a bachelor\u2019s degree in in Biomedical Engineering, Science, Economics or related \n\u2022 Proactive, problem-solving, and eager to learn in a dynamic, matrixed organisation. \n\u2022 Good social/communication skills and teamwork predisposition \n\u2022 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. \n\u2022 High level of knowledge and use of office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word). \n\u2022 Fluent in Italian and Upper IntermediateEnglish\n\n \n\nWhat We Offer To You:\n\n \n\u2022 A 12-month paid internship within a leading global MedTech company. \n\u2022 Hands-on experience in product launches, competitive analysis, and therapy adoption initiatives. \n\u2022 A collaborative and international work environment. \n\u2022 Mentorship and development opportunities within a high-impact franchise.\n\n \n\nLocation: in our Milan offices, on a hybrid work mode schedule. \nStart date: May/ June 2026 \n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
