Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Technical skills

• Expertise in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  
• Proficiency in focusing, exposure, and other camera settings.
  
• Strong eye for framing, angles, and visual storytelling.
  
• Skills for reviewing and organising footage.
  

Soft skills

• Creativity and storytelling ability.
  
• Strong attention on detail.
  
• Ability to fast paced working environment.
  
• Team Spirit.
  

Industry Knowledge

• Awareness of current trends in video editing and styles.
  
• Understanding of platform-specific requirements (e.g., vertical video for TikTok).
