Medical Information and External Communication Internship (m/f) 

The Pharmaceutical division of Bayer SpA is looking for a brilliant candidate as Medical Information and External Communication intern to support the Chapter Medical.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Assist the Medical Information and External Communication Lead in the approval of all scientific communication materials about all Products produced by Functions intended for external or internal distribution, including Integrated Multichannel Marketing (IMCM) content
• Support the submission all promotional documentation about medicinal products to AIFA
• Observe full compliance to the Farmindustria Code of Conduct, advertising laws, privacy and copyright regulations, and relevant regulatory guidelines
• Support the evaluation and approval of materials related to both national and international scientific congresses
• Contribute to regular communications with health authorities (e.g., regional agencies and institutions), particularly regarding Sales Representatives’ certification and annual reporting on scientific information activities (number of visits, number of HCPs reached)
• Assist the Scientific Documentation Specialist in providing scientific literature and documentation services requested by internal staff or healthcare professionals
• Support team efforts in planning and executing training activities

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Technology or related scientific field
• Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice and other regulatory Guidelines

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and ability to collaborate with different functions (Marketing & Sales, Commercial, etc)
• Proactive mindset and can-do attitude

• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Power point) and openness to new technologies
• Fluent in English and Italian mother tongue
