WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are a dynamic and diverse team of professionals with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship. As we grow rapidly, we are seeking a Operations & Communications Intern to amplify our impact in Italy. An ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills. The internship is paid.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

The Operations & Communications Intern supports the team with day-to-day office operations, including office management, event planning and execution, and communications activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, communication, and project management!

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Assist in delivering PR and communication materials, including press releases, social media content, website updates, newsletters, and branding materials.


• Support the Operations team with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors, guest lists and speaker schedules.


• Ensure event branding aligns with Plug and Play’s identity and goals.


• Identify high-value events where Plug and Play Italy should participate.


• Secure speaking engagements and co-marketing opportunities that enhance brand visibility.


• Support the overall team with program management activities.


• Assist with daily office management tasks, including supplies management, office organization, facility coordination, and general maintenance.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English and Italian


• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree from a top university in Business or Communications studies or similar degrees


• Strong skills in content creation, organization and execution of events and office management tasks.


• High knowledge and ability to use various tools (G-suite, Hubspot, Zoom, Eventbrite, Keynote).


• Creativity, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.

• Passion for technology, startups, and entrepreneurship.


• Positive work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
