Payroll Internship

We are currently looking for a Payroll Intern based in our Turin office.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHAT'S INVOLVED?

As a Payroll Intern, you will support the team in a variety of HR administrative processes and payroll-related activities, gaining hands-on experience in a multinational context.

Key responsibilities:

• Support in analysing payroll elements relevant for payslip processing


• Assistance with administrative tasks related to onboarding, contract changes, and terminations


• Support in managing communications and compliance with social security and insurance institutions (INPS, INAIL, etc.


• Contribution to the preparation of reports and recurring deadlines

YOUR TEAM

You will be part of the Payroll team within the wider Finance department, based in WSP’s Turin office.

The team handles payroll processing and related administrative tasks for around 400 employees across Italy, under the national services sector agreement.

You will report to the Payroll team.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

• A degree (or ongoing studies) in Labour Consultancy, Public Administration, or a related field


• Strong interest in labour law, compensation, and HR administration


• Good knowledge of English


• Attention to detail, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
