People Support Intern

6-months internship starting in April 2025

Your tasks:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process;
• Support monthly Payroll process;
• Provide support in all employee lifecycle activities;
• Contribute to Learning & Development activities;
• Support with reporting activities and manage digital People Database;
• Manage Internal Communication initiatives.

• Organizational capacity & priority management
• Relationship builder - Strong interpersonal and communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly
• Able to manage confidential information with proper discretion
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Curious, proactive, and highly motivated to learn
• Fluent in Italian and English spoken and written
