THE MISSION

We are looking for a Receptionist Intern who will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and employees, while also supporting internal events when needed.
Please note that this role requires full-time, 100% on-site presence (5 days a week) at our office. 

You will:

• Issue access keycards for both employees and visitors;


• Act as the primary point of contact for building policies and procedures, keeping employees informed and addressing general inquiries from both staff and visitors;


• Collect and sort incoming e-mail and packages & manage outgoing e-mail;


• Provide operational support for the management of Health and Safety regulatory requirements in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 - you will be trained for first aid and fire prevention.


• Manage and organize the front desk, common areas, and meeting rooms; stock office & kitchen supplies;


• Support general services by collecting any reports related to facility issues;


• Provide support for company events;


• Perform other clerical/administrative duties.

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

• Good standing;


• Proficiency in English (B2+);


• Good knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• A prior successful experience as a receptionist
