The Position

In Roche Diagnostics, we believe that the future of healthcare lies in the power of data. As a RIS Trainee, you will join the Marketing team, the digital heart of our organization.

You will have the unique opportunity to learn how software and data-driven insights can transform lab efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

You won't just be an intern; you will be a Catalyst for digital change, supporting our Business Solutions Leads in delivering cutting-edge digital health solutions to our customers.

What you will do

During this journey, you will be mentored to:

• Support Digital Strategy: Help in the deployment and positioning of digital solutions (SaaS, Decision Support, Lab Optimization) within the Italian market.

• Project Management: Collaborate in cross-functional projects, ensuring that digital implementations meet customer needs and timelines.

• Market & Data Analysis: Dive into market trends and internal data to identify new opportunities for digital growth.

• Customer Engagement: Support the team in preparing presentations and demos for IT managers, lab directors, and clinicians, learning how to speak the language of "Value-Based Healthcare."

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless integration between our hardware and digital portfolio.

Who you are

Your profile:

• Education: Recent graduate (Master’s Degree) in Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a Business/Economics degree with a strong passion for Technology.

• Digital Mindset: You are tech-savvy and fascinated by how AI, Cloud, and Data Analytics are reshaping the world.

• Analytical Skills: You love connecting the dots and translating complex data into clear insights.

• Agility: You thrive in a dynamic environment, you are curious, and you are not afraid to propose new ideas (Growth Mindset)

• Language: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
