As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will support the Sales Operations Manager in enhancing operational efficiency across Italy and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets through process execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced tech environment, working closely with key business teams across the organization.

What you will do: 

• Provide support to the Sales Operations Manager in the daily management of the sales operations activities


• Assist in the sales team target setting and compensation routines, and associated projects


• Participate in strategic and operational projects across the sales operations function (process implementation and/or improvement, execution, monitoring) as well and ad hoc assignments


• Collaborate with the Italy & DACH teams and the central team to ensure alignment, consistency, and seamless execution of operations


• Assist with the preparation of presentations for weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field


• A detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets


• Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to understand how things work


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Proactive, with the ability to demonstrate autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


• Italian native, fluent in English


• Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry
