The Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology SIT is one of the leading research and development institutions for cybersecurity in Germany and Europe and is part of ATHENE, the National Research Center for Applied Cybersecurity. ATHENE is a collaboration between the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, TU Darmstadt, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, and Goethe University Frankfurt.

You support the ATHENE administrative office in collecting and analyzing key performance indicators, as well as in conducting research, for example on:

• scientific publications


• academic conferences


• media coverage and press responses


• cybersecurity-related topics

You also support events, including setting up and dismantling exhibition equipment, and assisting during events with reception, cloakroom services, VIP support, etc.

Hiermit bringst Du Dich ein

• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)


• Very good German and English language skills


• Highly conscientious, reliable, and independent working style


• Willingness to support ad hoc research tasks
