In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Talent Attraction di Milano, avrai l’obiettivo di attrarre i migliori talenti lavorando a contatto con professionisti di tutti i livelli.
In affiancamento a colleghi del Team che ti aiuteranno a costruire il tuo percorso di crescita, ti occuperai di attività inerenti al processo di Talent Attraction; potrai avere occasione di partecipare anche ad iniziative di Employer Branding.

Durata: 6 mesi.
 

In particolare, il tuo day-by-day sarà caratterizzato da:
 
⦁    Definizione, comprensione e approfondimento del job profile secondo il target allineato alle esigenze del Business; 
⦁    Ricerca attiva sui principali canali di recruiting, costruendo una solida talent pipeline;
⦁    Screening cv e phone interview, identificando e ingaggiando il potenziale profilo;
⦁    Scheduling e conduzione colloqui one to one e assessment;
⦁    Aggiornamento puntuale del gestionale interno e redazione reportistica;
 
Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:
 
⦁    Hai conseguito o stai per conseguire la Laurea magistrale o Master HR;

⦁    Hai un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel);
⦁    Conosci bene la lingua inglese;
⦁    Nutri passione ed entusiasmo per le tematiche del mondo People;
⦁    Sei curioso/a e proattivo/a, hai un approccio flessibile e rispetti le scadenze;
⦁    Sai lavorare bene in Team;

⦁    Costituisce un titolo preferenziale avere delle precedenti esperienze lavorative in ambito People e/o aver svolto esami o una tesi inerenti ai temi di Talent Attraction.

L’opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 800€ per stage curriculare o 1.000€ per stage extracurriculare.

Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities
Would you like to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? At KPMG, you’ll have the opportunity to help clients, society, and your colleagues face and solve today’s most pressing and complex challenges.
KPMG Business Services provides internal services across the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing their day-to-day activities. Specifically, by joining the Talent Attraction Team in Milan, you will work towards attracting top talent while collaborating with professionals at all levels.
In particular, working alongside the team and with the goal of building your personal development path, you will support the end-to-end Talent Attraction process, actively participating in Employer Branding initiatives. Duration: 6 months
 
You will be involved in the Talent Attraction process alongside the team, with a focus on your personal growth. Your daily tasks will include:
⦁    Defining, understanding, and analyzing job profiles aligned with business needs and target audience;
⦁    Conducting active searches through key recruitment channels and building a strong talent pipeline;
⦁    Screening CVs and conducting phone interviews to identify and engage potential candidates;
⦁    Scheduling and conducting one-to-one interviews and assessments;
⦁    Updating the internal system and preparing reports.
 
Come As You Are – Your skills and qualities
This opportunity is ideal for you if:
⦁    You have completed or are about to complete a Master’s Degree or an HR-focused Master's program;
⦁    You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ⦁    You have a good command of the English language;
⦁    You are passionate and enthusiastic about People-related topics;
⦁    You are curious, proactive, flexible, and deadline-oriented;
⦁    You are a strong team player.
Previous experience in the People field and/or having completed exams or a thesis related to Talent Attraction topics will be considered a plus.

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships.
