We're building a truly global team, you must be fluent in Italian, English, and French.

As part of our customer-focused team, you'll be the go-to person for our hoteliers. This means you'll spend your days:

• Engaging with hoteliers by phone and email, acting as their dedicated problem solver.
• Following up on new registrations and ensuring swift resolution of any complaints.
• Continuously working to improve our relationships with every hotel partner.
• Lending your expertise to our Customer Service Task Force Team whenever support is needed.
• Handling OTA extranet verifications and ensuring all resolution items are followed through.
• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process for their channel manager connections.
• Stepping in to assist the Accounting Manager Team as required, helping to enhance customer retention and maintain our valuable client portfolio.

• Previous experience in front office in OTA and/or Tour Operator is needed.

• Multilingual profiles welcome: Fluent Italian + English and French

• Computer savvy: comfortable with MS.Office package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites)

• Self motivation and teamwork are mandatory.

Mon/Fri 8 hours: 9.00 - 18.00 (1h lunch break)
