Job Summary

We are looking for a trainee who will develop the basics skills necessary to work within the local Trade Dept. The trainee will provide support to the department, helping to optimize internal efficient processes, to ensure speed and accuracy in tender preparation and assist contract related documentation.

Work location: Milan

Working hours: full time

Contract type: internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in order and logistics management
• Help with reviewing and handling simple contract tasks
• Use Excel for tracking KPIs and work volumes
• Communicate at an intermediate English level with internal/regional teams and external partners, if required

Functional & Technical competencies required

• Proven Excel usage capability
• Able to analyze and interpret information from multiple sources
• Can do attitude and solution focused
• Capacity to prioritize/time management

Education

• Master Degree (Economics)

Language

• Proficient in English (written, spoken)
