Job Description
:Job Summary
This position takes care of export operations both with physical invoices and data transmissions.
This position communicates with internal/external customers on a daily basis via phone, fax and email. This position inputs and processes shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies.
Responsibilities:
Screens incoming queries.
Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.
Checks and forwards legal documentation.
Provides administrative support to Management team
Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Very good typing skills and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Availability to work flexible shift hours
Working hours:
Monday/Friday from 17.30 to 21.30
Contract Type:
Maternity Leave replacement - Fixed term contract for approximately 6/8 months
