Job DescriptionThe role of sales function is to make our products available at 100% of the outlets, 100% of the time with strong visibility and clear price. This will be done through progressive and collaborative relationship with our clients.
Volume: Achieve weekly/monthly targets by category at the targeted price
Collection: Always collect due amounts on time
Distribution: Achieve monthly distribution targets to improve the mix
Route: Adhere 100% to journey plan, and achieve daily productivity targets
Visibility: Improve share of shelf and implement POSM
Join yearly contract negotiations and prepare all data needed prior the meeting
Prepare Joint Business Plan, and make sure it is implemented across the country once agreed
Lead on promotional deals and leaflet advertisement
Analyze trends constantly to develop added value categories' future growth
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Job ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s Degree ideally in Business Management or equivalent;
Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG experience;
Exposure and work experience within Business Development, Pricing and Sales Plans
Desirable requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others
Negotiation skills
Sales Planning/Forecasting capabilities (Volume / Product Mix / Price / Time period)
Relationship building
Sense of ownership
Analytical capabilities
Capacity to work and take decisions under pressure
