Job Description - Admin Manager مدير اداري

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  2. Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  5. Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  6. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity.
  7. Prepare and review reports, memos, and presentations for senior management.
  8. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in managing administrative operations and staff.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
  6. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  10. . Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
