Reports To : Human Resources & Administration Department
Job Summary : Looking for an experienced and customer-focused Admin-Customer Service professional to join the team. As an Admin-Customer Service, admin will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients, managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. The admin will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
· Providing accurate information about products and services
· Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
· Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
· Maintaining customer records and updating them as necessary
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
· Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
· Monitoring customer accounts and identifying potential issues or opportunities
· Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
· Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes
