Requirements
Proven experience in managing a café concept, including scheduling shifts, menu engineering, inventory management, and customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
