Job Description - Clinical Operations Support Coordinator
About the Job: Role of Clinical Operations Support Coordinator to:
Support HOD in attaining & maintaining departmental highly operational efficiency.
Support HOD and provide proper coordination in achieving departmental highly utilization of assets including resources, space and manpower.
Coordinates implementation of processes that enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Complies with Hospital policies, guidelines, protocols, and regulations.
Adheres to Taiba Hospital standards as they appear in the code of conduct and conflict of Interest policies.
Recognizes and respects limits of confidential information.
Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships.
Team Focus: Supports and respects team members, communicating effectively and demonstrating a commitment to the team.
Work Ethics: Demonstrates strong self-management skills, commitment, and flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes.
Work Values: Demonstrates honesty, integrity and respect for all employees’ teams, Hospital employees, patients & companions, and hospital visitors.
Quality Focus: Knowledge of and commitment to hospital policies, with emphasis on hospital administration related polices, and hospital work organization policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma’s degree in the healthcare field/ science is preferred.
A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospital settings is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.
Experience in hospital customer service is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Skills
Skills:
Good Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Cloud based storage platforms.
