Job Description

the latest KOC- HSSEMS procedures.

•     Liaise with Supervising Engineer for scheduling and execution of the works.

•     Experience in Gas Emission and Ambient Air quality monitoring.

•     Knowledge   of   Air   quality,   Air   pollution   and   Gas   Emission 

monitoring instruments/analyzers.

• Reviews and suggests recommendations for Ambient Air quality data and Gas emission data.
• Shall ensure that site works comply with Company safety standards.
• Analyzes various survey statistics compiled by institutes and authorities.
• Shall be responsible for inspection of all works specified in different appendices.
• Be capable of group communication, and coordination with all concerned people, and assisting in preparing monitoring reports.
• Liaise with the supervising engineer to ensure satisfactory handling of the works.
• Evaluate and recommend control measures to prevent accidents.
• Capable to implement the environmental guidelines and regulations for operation purposes.

Skills

• Must be a graduate in Science or engineering from a recognized university or equivalent in the discipline / in accordance with HSE Guide Lines for the Contractors.
• Shall have valid certification such as NEBOSH/IOSH/Certified Diploma in HSE, 
• Environmental Management
• Shall have attended one or more HSE courses in any category of training in General 
• Industrial Safety, Construction Safety etc.
• Shall be subject to interview/trade test by the Company’s HSE Dept. and Asset HSE Team.
• Shall have at least 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in gas leakage treatment works preferably.
• Must know GIS preferably.
