We are engaged by our client, a leading logistics industry provider, & are currently interviewing for a highly motivated Growth Manager - Land Transportation responsible for the growth & development of their land transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the land transportation sector in Kuwait.
• Develop comprehensive growth strategies and action plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and targets.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities to expand the company's presence and offerings in land transportation.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients within the land transportation market segment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and potential customers.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, technology, and marketing, to develop innovative transportation solutions and service offerings tailored to the needs of the Kuwaiti market.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement and innovation in land transportation services.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives in the land transportation division.
• Regularly analyze and evaluate performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals involved in land transportation operations, sales, and business development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team, promoting individual growth and development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching and support to team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the company's success.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 years experience in a senior management role within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry, with a focus on land transportation.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Kuwaiti transportation market, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant business intelligence tools.
