Key Responsibilities
· Administrate the Contracts and costs associated with a contract.
· Review, analyze and comment on Contractor’s monthly Payment Claims in conjunction with the cost consultants.
· Preparation of Engineer’s Payment Review and advise on the value of variation rates and claims recommended by the Consultants.
· Monitor, Change Orders against overall original Contractor scope, Project Construction Budget, and Project Construction Schedule.
· Investigate factual information and relevant documentation concerning claims.
· Collaborate with other divisions and project management to ensure proper support in contract negotiations and Maintain Master Logs for Payment Certificates, Bonds & Insurances.
· Prepare monthly project cost summaries and relate planned to actual expenditure in conjunction with cost Reviewing various plans, schedules, etc. and identifying areas of potential concern within individual activities and potential constraints for the Preparation of Budget Estimate in various stages of Pre Involvement in Post-Qualification of Contractors, Consultants & Suppliers.
