We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in the gaming entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for various hardware and software systems, including Intercad software, card readers, CCTV, VR games, and price management software. The role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and implementing promotions and offers within our gaming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software systems, including Intercad software, card readers, CCTV, and VR games.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure optimal gaming experiences.
• Maintain and update hardware and software systems to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Implement promotions and offers within our gaming environment, including changing prices in software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions that enhance the gaming experience for customers.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for improving IT infrastructure and operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of hardware and software systems as needed.
