Job Description

Sahara Equestrian Resort is a premier destination for horse enthusiasts, offering top-notch riding lessons, boarding services, and a vibrant community for horse lovers. We are committed to providing exceptional equestrian experiences and fostering a welcoming environment for both riders and their equine companions.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Equestrian Center Administrator to manage the administrative operations of our riding school. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the center, handling tasks such as scheduling lessons, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the overall administrative needs of the riding school.

Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an equestrian facility.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  4. Familiarity with equestrian terminology and the operations of a riding school.
  5. Proficiency in basic office software and scheduling tools.
Additional Information
  1. Lesson Scheduling:

    • Coordinate and schedule riding lessons for instructors and students.
    • Maintain an organized calendar to optimize lesson availability and instructor resources.
  2. Customer Relations:

    • Interact with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about riding programs and services.
    • Manage client accounts, including billing and payment processing.
  3. Facility Administration:

    • Oversee general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
    • Assist in the organization and execution of events hosted at the equestrian center.
  4. Instructor Support:

    • Collaborate with riding instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new instructors.
  5. Communication:

    • Maintain effective communication channels with both clients and internal staff.
    • Provide timely updates and information regarding any changes to schedules or programs.
