Sales Supervisor

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Monitor sales force to perform job effectively
• Monitor sales campaign, promotions
• Placement of coolers / refrigerators to schools, restaurants
• Leadership to sales team
• Implement route riding/route journey cycle to ensure 100% coverage
• Interact with customers / clients to generate sales, and other sales activity
• Implement special marketing / sales promotions
• Ensure high standards of product displays in key outlets and market
• Monitor and control level of credit in the market
• Monitor & control stock returns and destruction of stocks
• React to consumer/customer complaints
• Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management
• Processes any cross training as mandated by the line
• Performs any duty assigned by the line
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties
• Produce written reports for management on daily / weekly / monthly working plan
• Product forecast / budget for daily / monthly target to sales team

Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with a preferred concentration in business administration
• Work Experience: Three (3) years in industry (Sales experience FMCG)

Required Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to guide and mentor sales teams effectively.
• Ability to negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with customers and partners.
• Managing time and resources to prioritize tasks.
• Managing sales records, documents, and schedules
