Interview Process: 1 round w/ Amentum – FB same day – Interview availability Thurs and Fri at 7:30 AM CST

Additional Notes:

• They will have a suite mate.
• Own restroom and bedroom
• Communal living room and kitchen
• Will share a rental with suitemate to get to and from work
• Visa will be paid for
• Round trip flight stipend to travel home or wherever they would like to go
• 30 days PTO + 12 Kuwait Holidays. They can save the Kuwait holidays to use whenever they’d like.
• Amentum will not pay for additional family members or spouses to live and travel to Kuwait.
• Amentum will not pay for their families travel and Visa cost
• They will not be provided housing or rental vehicle access.
• They do have the ability to bring their family, but the above costs will not be covered.
• They do have the ability to have their family visit for extended stays, if they choose to not bring their family to live with them in Kuwait

Must haves:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• 10+ years experience as a Site Lead overseeing a team of 10+ managing skillsets such as: ME, EE, CE, Architects, AudCAD Techs, and GIS Tech
• Expertise in modular construction methods, techniques, and best practices
• Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Owners Rep Experience
• PE Liscence

Day to day:

The Site Manager is responsible for meeting Contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order. The Site Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel
• Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems
• Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects
• Provides senior technical support to customers
• Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested
• Will serve as a subject matter expert on all construction related activities including related processes
• Provide feedback on performance to direct reports.
• Reviewing and recommending updates/expansion of existing CM procedures/processes
• Review standard operating procedures and project delivery manual and trains respective team on project requirements
• Strategic planning of site logistics, safety, operations, future needs and oversee the process
• Guidance and leadership on all field issues
