Training Manager

Blue Ocean Corporation, the leading Superbrands and Great Place To Work organization, is expanding rapidly in the Middle East, India and Paris.

With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for a Training Manager with solid experience in the sales and management of professional learning and development courses.

Position: Training Manager (English/Arabic/French)

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective learning and development sales strategies for upscaling business.
• Implement product-specific and overall strategic insights to boost sales performance.
• Assess the needs of departments and facilitate the correct training program.
• Address specific problems and customize training programs as necessary.
• Support sales teams in various business development activities.
• Develop and present presentations/proposals to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure all training programs deliver the highest standards of services.
• Conduct market research, analyze market trends, monitor competition, and follow current developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales related to Training / Learning & Development field.
• Adept in identifying gaps and proposing effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and go the extra mile are a must.
