Job Description - Project Manager Construction

  • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
  • Min five years of project management experience as a Project Manager
  • Min fifteen years experience in construction
  • Min five years line manager of min 200 people
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • Confidently handling Oracle Primavera P6
  • Work independently, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • The mentality of rolling up the sleeves and getting stuff done
  • High quality, cost, and deadline awareness
  • Working experience in one GCC country
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure project profitability
  • Experience with construction and architecture software like AutoCAD or Revit
