A fullservice Kuwaitbased law firm rated as one of the leading legal practices in the region is seeking for a Business Development Manager.
- The successful candidate will work alongside the Partners and Associates in driving business development initiatives to promote the firm strengthen client relationships and develop business opportunities locally and abroad.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 35 years of experience who has strong business acumen and has worked in the legal or professional services sector.
The Role:
- Developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new assignments.
- Working closely with fee earners to develop individual client plans to deliver a service that meets all their needs and identify areas of opportunity within each client account.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify trends potential clients and competitors in the legal industry.
- Collaborating with the wider team in developing marketing collaterals and creating compelling proposals and presentations.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to both clients and candidates.
- Any other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
To Qualify:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within a Legal/Professional services firm.
- Proven experience in preparing proposal (RFP) responses pitch materials presentations and other related materials.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively manage assigned workload while delivering an accurate and high standard of work.
