With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Conferences with a solid background in driving organizational growth by creating new opportunities through conferences and events.

Position: Business Development Manager – Conferences (English/Arabic/French)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Generate business from existing and new clients.
• Design creative proposal production from tender to pitch.
• Collaborate with Conferences manager to add innovative approaches to event management services.
• Visit various types of trade events and exhibitions, network and create more sales opportunities.
• Contribute new ideas to marketing team to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in sales consulting or business development from events/conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Financial management of budgets, sales forecasts and revenue.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
